Ever wondered about participating in Community Supported Agriculture, aka CSA, that delivers in Harlem, but didn’t know if you could commit to an entire program because of the schedule or financing? A reader informs HarlemGal Inc that there is another CSA-like option out there for Harlemites to consider that delivers to Harlem. It’s Corbin Hill Farm Share.
Apparently Corbin Hill Farm Share is super flexible where participants can pay a week ahead of time before delivery is scheduled not pay for the whole season upfront, one can halt its share, and it’s targeted to communities who are in need of local fresh produce.
Corbin Hill delivers to Harlem every Tuesday and there is still time to join. Corbin Hill Farm Share summer season for Harlem runs through November 14th. So about two more months for fresh produce deliveries to Harlem.
If interested in the Corbin Hill Farm Share, go to their website to sign up. And maybe you will have the same opportunity to visit one of the farms where the produce comes from as our reader recently experienced and provided photos! A big thanks to Ms. Batey!
