The Uptowner has shed light on the muralist who “paints winter scenes and other holiday-themed decor on storefronts across Harlem,” during the holiday season and specifically on 125th Street.  Meet Franco Gaskin, who calls himself “Franco the Great” or as others call him “Franco the Magnificent.” Watch this video!
